How the data is put together
- Agency names, addresses and phones: from the agency's own website, or the accredited lists of the Philippine Migrant Workers Office (MWO) and the Indonesian consulate, each labelled with its source. Nothing is reproduced from the Labour Department's Employment Agencies Portal.
- Licences: this site is not the licence register. Agency pages show only the licence number printed on the agency's own website (unverified), with a link to check it on LD's site.
- Warnings, convictions, revocations: this site does not reproduce them. It links to the official lists on LD's Employment Agencies Portal so readers can check for themselves.
- Accreditation: the MWO's and the Indonesian consulate's lists of accredited agencies, checked weekly and matched by name and phone.
- Website facts: we find each agency's website and collect fees and services automatically. Not verified; each value links to its page and date.
- News: government press releases, consulate labour offices' and NGOs' announcements, summarised in our own words with links. We never publish prosecutions, complaints or delistings of any agency.
- Helper nationalities: apart from consulate accreditation, inferred from the agency's name or website. Not verified.
